The Full Moon/ Lunar Eclipse on Jan 10^th at 20 degrees Cancer kicks the Saturn and Pluto conjunction into high gear. The moon is sitting opposite a large chunk of planets in Capricorn (Sun, Mercury, Saturn Pluto and Jupiter). The emotion, the mother, the nurture is causing tension here where you want to be all business. However, due to the eclipse nature it may be difficult to see or difficult to find the energies of love and nurture within you. What comes up for you now is coming up for your reflection. It is not about others or “out there”, life is reflecting something back to you about you that needs to be seen/transformed. Globally and collectively, old karma is coming up from past lives in a big way. There is no escaping our collective history. We must learn and set things right. Have we, as a collective, learned the lessons of the world wars, of unmitigated power, of dehumanizing others and of mass murder? What roles did you play in past lives? What debts need to be settled? Humanity has an ugly history of violence, harm and hatred. Will those who sit on the fence or who don’t speak up learn they must do the right thing? Will we thrust ourselves into a new war to replay those energies we do not understand how to clear? Do we need to relearn the lessons?

It will take a lot to clear this energy and individually we need to feel into the challenges we feel, the negativity or heaviness and work our way to peace. Meditation is key as is other healing modalities. This is a call to transform long standing cosmic debts, like a credit card that’s been keeping you in lack and poverty for years, maybe decades! There is an opportunity, with hard work and commitment and willingness to go all the way through the pain, there is an opportunity to pay off this debt and be uplifted to a beautiful place of wholeness and abundance once this is paid, both individually and collectively.

So get real, clear, focused and committed to change. Make love consciousness your goal and work through the negativity that arises in between. This is for you, but it is also for all of us. This is a tall task and we need billions of people to shift to a higher consciousness to pay off this collective karma and not repeat. Don’t get overwhelmed by that, just understand the importance of you, your role, your work. It matters, it may seem like you are but a drop in the ocean but remember the whole ocean is in you! As you transform it will touch and effect the lives of everyone connected to you and in ways unknown to you will set off the domino effect of global change. There are millions of us doing this work, I know so many bright beautiful souls who are creating love energy within. So take a breath, you CAN handle this. Allow the negative emotions to arise and sit with them, love them, care for them as a loving mother to a child rocks a baby. Bring them back into harmony of love and trust. Know that all of the universe supports you, there is much that can not be seen and the heart of the heart of the universe is love.

One of the most helpful perspectives for me, is to realize that when negative energy arises, it is arising to be cleared out. Otherwise it would be sitting in your shadow and you wouldn’t see it. So, IF you’re feeling it then you are healing. Is like the infection draining out. Honor it, listen to what it is telling you, to where you’ve been hurt. Hold it, hug it and release it, ask the universe to fill you with love and trust. Do this as often as necessary and more effective once you’re in a slower mental state like meditation. Don’t try to push away or avoid the negative, embrace it because its leaving you and you’re about to feel a whole lot lighter once this is through!
